100ml gin of your choice
2 tablespoons Mrs Bridges Blackcurrant Preserve with Sloe Gin
30ml lemon juice (about 1/2 lemon)
8 large blackberries
2 sprigs of rosemary
A handful of ice cubes
Enough crushed ice to fill two tumblers
Put the gin, Mrs Bridges Blackcurrent Preserve with Sloe Gin, lemon juice, six blackberries and one sprig of rosemary into a cocktail shaker and shake vigourously for 60 seconds.
Fill two tumblers with crushed ice. Strain the mixture into the tumblers. Garnish with the remaining blackberries and rosemary sprigs.
Serve immediately.
